Create a Happy Life That's Sustainable

“Learning to sit with all thoughts and emotions that come up during meditation, without judgement, allowed me to bring mindfulness and a sense of calm to every aspect of my life – something I struggled finding for years while suffering with severe anxiety. Once you reach this state of pure being, you are able to recognize that a simple shift in your conscious from negative to positive allows you to design, create and attract the reality that you picture for yourself and your future.”

“After losing my home and the life of one of my friends to a house fire I was in a dark place. I was struggling to get back into my daily routine when I felt like I had lost everything. My life didn’t stop and wait for me to get back on my feet. Talking to Sean made a huge difference in my ability to cope. He helped me change my perspective and let go of the aspects I couldn’t control. I learned to swim with the current rather than against it. He is a huge inspiration to me and his advice and guidance made a major difference in my life. With Sean’s help I was able to get back to living my life with optimism.”

“I’ve known about meditation for years but never could do it. It just didn’t make sense to me. But why do many successful people take time out of their day to meditate?? Mental Gymnastics helped enlighten me about meditation in a concise and fun manner. Struggling, not perfection, is a part of the process to complete awareness of your thoughts. Just like anything else, it takes practice practice practice… I’m only couple of months into daily meditation and I’m just now starting to learn more about that inner critical voice of judgment that has been holding me back. Thanks!!!”

“I found myself in a haze last year and I had no idea what to do. The bubbly, positive person I once was, was gone and anxiety ruled my every being. I had never let stress get to me before, then came the panic attacks. I messaged Sean after listening to one of the Mental Gymnastics podcasts and he replied almost immediately with not only encouraging words but applications I could use during that time and multiple resources that were specific to my needs. As opposed to simply pointing me in the right direction Sean gave me the tools I needed to find my way again and for that I’m forever grateful.”
